Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your goods. Simply fill in the enclosed return form and send it with the goods. You must pay for the return yourself and the package must be sent directly to our address - not to a parcel box or post office. The goods must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as upon delivery. We recommend PostNord (Denmark) or UPS (International) to ensure that the package can be tracked. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund
the amount to the card used for the purchase. When making a bank transfer, you must provide the registration and account number. Remember to save the receipt as proof that the goods have been sent.
