PROCEDURE
- Select your items and add them to the shopping cart.
- Fill in your personal information – name, address and payment information.
- When the payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation per email.
- When we ship your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (PostNord for Denmark, UPS internationally), so you can trace your package.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION (Click and Collect)
Free shipping on all orders in Denmark.
All orders to Denmark are delivered within 1-2 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. We send all items as parcel post. This makes it possible to track the package if problems arise. The items are insured during shipping, please check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to PostNord no later than 2 days after receipt. The item will then be returned to us immediately. ff2.dk is not responsible for items that have been damaged during transport. We always pack the items with care to minimize the risk of shipping damage.
International
All shipments are delivered by UPS.
Prices: EU: 150 DKK, International (rest of the world): 300 DKK
Standard EU shipping delivered within 1-3 business days.
Standard International delivered within 2-5 business days.
Picking up orders at FF2 - Click & collect:
If you want to pick up your order in ff2 and thereby save on shipping, select "Click & collect" under Check out.
PAYMENT
At ff2.dk you can pay with the following payment cards:
VISA/DANKORT, EURO/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA/ELECTRON &JCB.
It is also possible to pay via MobilePay.
All prices on the webshop are in DKK including 25% VAT.
SECURITY
Security at ff2.dk has top priority, as all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only PBS has access to your data. Neither ff2.dk nor other third parties have the opportunity to see the data exchanged during the purchase. At ff2.dk, your personal contact information is 100% confidential, and we guarantee that no one else can access it.
COMPLAINTS
All goods are covered by the Danish Sales Act's rules on the 24-month right of complaint. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. ff2.dk does not cover shipping costs that may be associated with a complaint.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country

PRICES
ff2.dk reserves the right to change the price of the products sold. The prices of the products will be valid from the time the order is placed. ff2.dk cannot be held responsible for changes in currency or exchange rates that different banks may use in connection with converting EUR/DKK to other currencies.
ff2.dk reserves the right to out-of-stock items, printing errors, spelling errors, delivery changes from our suppliers and delays that ff2.dk cannot control.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY
In order for you to enter into an agreement with ff2.dk, we need the following information: Name, Address, Telephone number, Email. We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to send the goods to you. The personal data is registered at ff2.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The data controller at FF2 is Hanne Sohl. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not send customer information encrypted. Information provided to ff2.dk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. As a registered user of ff2.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. LOG STATISTICS
We use log statistics on ff2.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing ff2.dk.
